Proof approval
The builder preview is a layout guide, not the production proof. QCC provides a production proof through the customer account. Production begins only after the customer approves it.
Two customer revision rounds are included. Revision notes should be combined into one clear request per round. Additional rounds or a change in the original order scope may require a separate quote.
Approval confirms the spelling, player details, colors, image placement, finish and overall layout shown in the proof. Changes requested after approval may require a new order or added production charge.
Production timing and delivery
Standard production targets about one week after final proof approval. Proof review and shipping time are separate from production time. This is a target rather than a guaranteed completion date.
Rush production is offered only when capacity permits and is not confirmed until QCC accepts the request and the displayed rush charge is paid. Local pickup and tracked shipping to the contiguous 48 states are available. Wait for the ready-for-pickup notice before arriving. Customers outside the contiguous 48 states should contact QCC before ordering.
Custom-item returns and order problems
Because personalized products are made for one customer and cannot be restocked, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted after proof approval or production begins.
If an item is damaged, defective or does not match the approved proof, contact QCC within seven calendar days of pickup or delivery with the order number and clear photos. QCC will review the issue and provide an appropriate repair, reprint, replacement or refund. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Contact QCC promptly to request cancellation before proof approval. QCC will confirm whether design or production work has started and what resolution remains available.
Finish appearance
Screen colors and finish previews are approximate. Holographic, foil, matte and gloss effects can change with lighting, material and viewing angle. The approved production proof controls layout and content, while physical finish effects may vary naturally.
