How your portrait is made

  1. Upload a clear photo. Straight-on daylight photos with the full roofline and landscaping work best.
  2. Review the artwork proof. Your proof arrives in 1–3 business days and includes two customer revision rounds.
  3. Approve it for production. Standard production is targeted for about one week after approval; rush is subject to capacity.

Size and photo guidance

The 2 × 2 mini is best for a simplified house-only composition and very short text. Choose 8 × 10 or larger when architectural detail, landscaping or longer personalization matters. Upload the highest-resolution original and avoid screenshots when possible.

Custom-item policy: personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or Quality Custom Creations made an error. Approval confirms spelling, layout and artwork direction before production.
